with Industrial Activity. The ERL's existing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP) will also be updated to include the proposed expansion. The SWPPP will be <br />updated as necessary to comply with upcoming new stormwater regulations. <br />Electrical Service. Adequate electrical service is provided at the site for operations and: <br />repairs. The landfill generates electricity at the landfill gas to energy facility. <br />5. Will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment and conditions of <br />operation that will be detrimental to any persoizs or property because of excessive <br />traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, odors, dust or vibrations. <br />Traffic. No additional traffic is expected to be generated by the proposed expansion since <br />the overall operation of the proposed expansion is not anticipated to include significant <br />increases in waste flow over the current operation, effects on traffic congestion would be <br />expected to be minimal. <br />Noise. No additional operating noise is expected to be generated by the proposed <br />expansion. <br />Smoke. The landfill will not generate smoke. <br />Fumes. See Odor discussion in the statements regarding CUP finding number 1. <br />Glare. The landfill will not utilize lighting that will create glare or light trespass issues. <br />Odors. See Odor discussion in the statements regarding CIJP finding number 1. <br />Dust.
