3.2.8 Open Space and End Use Plan <br />Long term, the open space provided by the closed landfill areas would be compatible <br />with any adjacent future development to the west, south or east. The intended passive <br />open space for the landfill after final closure is shown on the end use plan. <br />3.2.9 Development Schedule <br />The proposed expansion will be constructed as an additional phase (Cell 18), the last of a <br />series of phased construction projects (currently through Ce1117). The timing of the <br />projects will be dictated by incoming waste volumes and site operations, but is <br />anticipated to be constructed in 2011, and closed in approximately 2018. <br />3.3 LAND USE APPLICATION FORM <br />In addition to the information required by City Code, the Conditional Use Permit <br />application form requires the submission of the following information: <br />A copy of the Land Use Application Form is submitted with this application.
