3.5 LIST OF PROPERTY OWNERS WI'I'I-IIN 350 FEET OF THE SUI3JEC'I' <br />PARCEL <br />A list of all owners of record of property location in whole or in part within 350 feet oP <br />the boundaries of the proposed expansion, as identified. in the records of Sherburne <br />County Property Tax Division as of January 2010 are submitted with this application. <br />Mailing labels obtained from Sherburne County were also submitted with this <br />application. A map showing the properties within 350 feet is included in Appendix A. <br />3.6 PROJECT NARRATIVE <br />See Section 2.0 for a detailed project description. <br />3.7 GRADING/DRAINAGE PLAN AND DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS <br />Stormwater generated by the landfill modification will be controlled on-site. Runoff will <br />be controlled and routed by drainage terraces, pipes, gabion lined downslope structures, <br />and four sedimentation basins as shown in the drawings. Drainage routing features have <br />all been sized adequately to minimize erosion from the site. The stormwater from the site <br />will be treated by four sedimentation basins (P-1, P-2, P-3, and P-4) located around the <br />perimeter of the site at the northwest corner (P-1}, southwest corner (P-2), southeast <br />corner (P-3), and northeast corner (P-4) of the landfill. <br />Stormwater generated from the site will be discharged. from these on-site sedimentation <br />ponds via a storm sewer system to three main outlet points. The outlet points are the <br />northeast to an infiltration basin, to the east into TI-1169 right-of-way (ROW), and west to <br />a wetland complex upstream of Rice Lake wetland complex.
