As with the site plan, the <br />applicant acknowledges the draw scale requirement stated on the application form, <br />however, the drawings have been submitted at a scale relevant to the sire of the project <br />and how it connects with the entire landfill site to benefit the review process. <br />The specific elements that are required for inclusion on the site development plan and <br />how they are addressed. on the site development plan are discussed below: <br />3.2.1 Ingress and Egress <br />Existing ingress and egress are shown. No new entrances or exits are required as part of <br />the project. <br />3.2.2 Proposed Structures <br />There are no new proposed structures as part of the proposed expansion. <br />3.2.3 Off=street Parking and Loading Areas <br />Off-street parking is provided within the existing parking lot for the landfill office. This <br />parking lot currently has 20 parking spaces. The proposed perimeter operations road and <br />perimeter access road represent the "loading areas" associated with landfill operations. <br />3.2.4 ScreeningBuffering/Landscape Plan <br />The region surrounding the proposed expansion. consists of rolling terrain, heavily <br />wooded areas, existing berms, and on-going mining operations that effectively screen the <br />area from view without additional screening features. Along the east side of the project <br />area the existing earthen berm that has been planted with trees, provided for the screening <br />of the on-going mining activities will provide year round screening during the active li fe <br />of the proposed expansion.
