Walter Krause, applicant's father ~-Stated the reason they have so many dogs is because people drop them off in their neighborhood. He stated there are other dogs a.n the neighborhood and questioned how they know whose dog is barking when there is a complaint to the police. Mayor Z~zing noted that city community service officers collect stray dogs in the city. MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER WESTGAARD TO AMEND THEIR MOTION TO ALLOW THE APPLICANT 34 DAYS TO COMPLY WITH LIMITING THEIR DOGS TO THREE.
