City Council Minutes Page 9 <br />August ~7, 2009 <br />Roger Fearing, X93$7 Ogden Street -Stated 8 dogs were too many and the dogs are barking <br />~ all the tune. <br />r <br />Counc~lmember Mottn stated he would vote against this motion because the Council made <br />changes tonight with the dangerous dog ordinance to address some of the issues discussed. <br />He agreed that there should be a smaller limit on the number of dogs allowed. He stated he <br />didn't believe they knowingly violated the ordinance regarding needing a kennel license. <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-1. Councilmember Motu. opposed. <br />Council directed staff to amend the kennel ordinance to not allow private kennel licenses to <br />dogs declared dangerous or potentially dangerous and to set a limit on the number of dogs <br />that are allowed with a private fennel license. <br />7.3.
