All Mull-time Uti~employees with at least three months of continuous <br />employment are ~ ~~otentially eli~~ible for reimbursement udder this <br />policy. <br />2. ~ ~ The Utility ma~T day up to 100°!'o reimbursement of the costs for <br />tuition, registration, -fees, books and course required materials; after successful <br />completion of apre-approved course. re~~ Cou1•ses must beat <br />accredited colleges, universities, or vocational schools mar be short courses <br />conducted by recognized professional training organizations. <br />3.
