Stat. ~ 182.675} shall be trained before being assigned or reassigned work <br />exposing the employee to such substances or agents and shall be given training annually <br />thereafter. Training shall include an explanation of how and where information about <br />hazards is stored in the work place, how the hazards are labeled, and where to obtain <br />specific information. The supervisor {or other designated~m loyee) shall provide <br />for such training and for compliance with the~1Vlinnesota Employee Right to Know Act <br />~'°, including the establishment of specific policies to insure compliance with the <br />state law and regulations.
