E. EFFECTIVE MEETING MANAGEMENT <br />~~ <br />Rationale Some people think meetings are a boring waste of time, and <br />sometimes they are right. Awell-conducted meeting, however, is <br />' energizing and moves people toward the organization's goals... <br />This workshop shows how to conduct meetings with both internal <br />and external customers so that all parties have a stake in the <br />outcome and are ready o take the next step. It builds vn <br />' previous seminars and is especially appropriate for people in <br />leadership and management positions.
