No one person can do it all. <br />Teamwork helps a work unit "Dover the bases'' more efficiently <br />and harmoniously; it also helps different departments work <br />together toward a common goal This workshop shows all <br />employees how to share responsibility for team effectiveness..: <br />The training seminar includes Action Planning for skills practice <br />on the job. <br />Workshop 1. Compare results of individual vs group problem solving <br />Content 2. identify characteristics of successful teams <br />3: Clarify: departmental roles and goals.. <br />4. Determine individual work roles andresponsibilities <br />5. Understand team roles of leader/coach and team member <br />6. Irrtra-team communication requirements <br />7. Determine inter-departmental teamwork practices <br />8.
