Bidder <br />Triple Combination Pumper Specifications for the 67 Complies <br /> <br />City of Elk River Minnesota Yes No <br />determined by the Elk River Fire Department. <br />ELECTRIC CORD REEL <br />Furnished with the 120 volt AC electrical system shall be a cord reel. The reel shall be <br />provided with a 12-volt electric rewind switch that is guarded to prevent accidental operation <br />and labeled for its intended use. The switch shall be protected with a fuse and installed at a <br />height not to exceed 72 inches above the operators standing position. <br />A captive roller assembly shall be provided to aid in the payout and loading of the reel. A ball <br />stop shall be provided to prevent the cord from being wound on the reel. <br />A label shall be provided in a readily visible location adjacent to the reel. The label shall <br />indicate current rating, current type, phase, voltage and total cable length. <br />A total of one (1) cord reel shall be provided and installed as determined by the Elk River Fire <br />Department. <br />The cord reel should be configured for 12/3 cord. <br />CORD <br />Provided for electric distribution shall be one (1) length installed on the reel of 200 feet of <br />yellow 12/3 electrical cord. No connector shall be provided on the end of the cord. <br />20 AMP RECEPTACLE <br />Wired to the power supply shall be two (2) receptacles that are a 120 volt 20 amp three wire <br />twist-lock (Hubbell #7310-B) type with weather resisting cover located one each side outboard <br />· in the beavertail. <br />120-VOLT INTERIOR RECEPTACLE <br />Receptacle shall be a 120-volt, 20 amps, and three (3) wire duplex household type connected <br />to the shoreline. <br />There shall be two (2) receptacles provided. <br />The location for the interior electrical receptacles shall be determined at a later date by the Elk <br />River Fire Department. <br />KUSSMAUL AUTO EJECT FOR SHORELINE <br />One (1) shoreline receptacle shall be provided to operate the dedicated 120-volt circuits on the <br />truck without the use of the generator. <br />The shoreline receptacle (s) shall be provided with a NEMA 5-20, 120 volt, 20 amp, straight <br />blade Kussmaul Super auto eject plug with a red weatherproof cover.
