Bidder <br />Triple Combination Pumper Specifications for the 66 Complies <br />City of Elk River Minnesota Yes No <br />Load Center: <br />The main load center shall be a provided with circuit breakers rated to load demand. <br />Circuit Breakers: <br />Individual breakers shall be provided for all on-line equipment to isolate a tripped breaker from <br />affecting any other on-line equipment. <br />GENERATOR LOCATION <br />The generator shall be mounted in the dunnage area above the fire pump. The flooring in this <br />area shall be either reinforced or constructed that it shall handle the additional weight of the <br />generator. <br />GENERATOR START <br />A switch shall be located on the cab instrument panel to engage the generator. <br />GENERATOR REMOTE START <br />A remote switch shall be provided in the cab switch panel and on the pump panel to engage the <br />field of the hydraulic generator. A light shall be provided to indicate that the generator field is <br />active. <br />CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL <br />A circuit breaker panel shall be installed in the upper portion of the driver's side front <br />compartment. A directory for each breaker shall be provided adjacent to the circuit breaker <br />panel. Identification of circuits shall be done in a durable manner that provides years of <br />service. <br />GROUND FAULT INTERRUPTER <br />Each 120-volt option shall be supplied with a ground fault interrupter (GFI) circuit breaker. <br />The total quantity shall be eight (8) circuit breakers. <br />The GFI breakers shall only be used in the branch circuits and shall not be used as a "master" <br />circuit breaker. <br />120-VOLT LIGHTING <br />A floodlight shall be provided. <br />Light fixture shall be a single 750-watt, 120-volt unit. <br />Light shall have a minimum of 32,500 candlepower with a rated bulb life of 400 hours. <br />There shall be two (2) Kwik-Raze Alpha 2000 lights provided at the locations to be <br />Page 66 <br /> <br /> <br />
