Bidder <br />Triple Combination Pumper Specifications for the 53 Complies <br /> <br />City of Elk River Minnesota yes No <br />- Stop Engine Warning Indicator Light <br />-Check Engine Warning Indicator Light. <br />HEATER~ PUMP COMPARTMENT <br />A hot water heater shall be installed in the pump compartment. <br />Controls for the heater shall be located at the pump operator's panel. <br />The pump compartment shall be enclosed at the top to retain the heat generated by the heater <br />inside the pump compartment. <br />COLOR CODED NAME TAGS <br />All outlet discharges shall have color-coded name tags, with each discharge having its own <br />color. These tags shall be used for labeling the discharge pressure gauges, controls, outlets <br />and drains. <br />SPECIAL TAG <br />An Additional tag shall be located next to the auxiliary cooling valve. This tag shall describe <br />what the auxiliary cooler is used for and have instructions for its proper use:' <br />MASTER GAUGES~ VACUUM and PRESSURE ' ' <br />The pump master vacuum and pressure gauge shall be fluid filled The ~fluid fill 'shall be an <br />environmentally friendly synthetic anti-freeze agent, acting as a lubricant and shock absorber. <br />The gauge accuracy shall comply with ANSI B40.1 Grade A requirements. <br />Temperature range shall be from -40 degrees F to +160 degrees F. <br />Gauge construction shall be a heavy duty 304 stainless steel case. Crystal shall be a molded <br />Plexiglas with captive O-ring and secured with a rolled 304 highly polished stainless steel <br />bezel. <br />Gauges shall be a minimum 100mm (4" nom.) in diameter and shall be a compound style gauge <br />with a vacuum/pressure range of 30"- 0 - 600 psi.. <br />Gauges shall have white faces with black markings and shall include an orange tip pointer for <br />easy readability. <br />The individual pressure gauge shall be installed as close to the outlet control as practical. <br />The pressure gauges shall come with a seven (7) year warranty on accuracy, performance, <br />liquid leakage, discoloration, defects, and workmanship provided by Innovative Controls, Inc. <br />Page 53 <br /> <br /> <br />
