Bidder <br />Triple Combination Pumper Specifications for the 54 Complies <br /> <br />City_ of Elk River Minnesota Yes No <br />PRESSURE GAUGES <br />The individual "line" pressure gauges for the discharges shall be fluid filled. The fluid fill shall <br />be an environmentally friendly synthetic anti-freeze agent, acting as a lubricant and shock <br />absorber. <br />The gauge accuracy shall comply with ANSI B40.1 Grade A requirements. <br />Temperature range shall be from -40 degrees F. to +160 degrees F.. <br />Gauges construction shall be a heavy duty 304 stainless steel case. Crystal shall be a molded <br />Plexiglas with captive O-ring and secured with a rolled 304 highly polished stainless steel <br />bezel. <br />Gauges shall be a minimum 63mm (2.5" nom.) in diameter and shall be a compound style <br />gauge with a vacuum/pressure range of 30"- 0 - 400 psi. <br />Gauges shall have white faces with black lettering and shall include an orange tip pointer for <br />easy readability. <br />The individual pressure gauge shall be installed as close to the outlet control as practical. <br />The pressure gauges shall come with a seven (7) year warranty, provided by the gauge <br />manufacturer, for accuracy, performance, liquid leakage, discoloration, defects, and <br />workmanship. <br />WATER LEVEL GAUGE <br />An electric water level gauge shall be provided on the operator's panel that registers water <br />level by means of five (5) brightly colored incandescent lights. The water level indicators shall <br />be as follows: <br />- Full = Green <br />- 3/4 = Yellow <br />- 1/2 = Yellow <br />- 1/4 = Yellow <br />- Refill = Red <br />To further alert the pump operator, the refill light shall start flashing when the water level <br />drops below the 1/4 mark. <br />The level measurement shall be based on the sensing of the electrical conductivity of the water <br />in the tank. <br />Page 54 <br /> <br /> <br />
