Bidder <br />Triple Combination Pumper Specifications for the 40 Complies <br /> <br />CRV of Elk River Minnesota Yes No <br />There shall be five (5) shelves~ with a minimum capacity of 215 pounds provided. The shelf <br />construction shall consist of. 125" pan-shaped aluminum with 2.00" sides. Each shelf shall be <br />infinitely adjustable by means of a threaded fastener, which slides in a track. <br />The location of the shelf/shelves shall be located, one each in the left and right front and rear <br />compartments and one in the rear compartment. <br />MOUNTING TRACKS <br />There shall be five (5) sets of tracks for mounting shelf(s) in the shelving equipped <br />compartment. These tracks shall be installed vertically to support the adjustable shelf(s). <br />RUB RAIL , <br />Bottom edge of the side compartments shall be trimmed with a bright aluminum extruded rub <br />Trim shall be approximately 2.12" high with 1.38" flanges turned outward for rigidity. <br />The rub rails shall not be an integral part of the body construction~ which allows replacement in <br />the event of damage. <br />BoDY FENDER CROWNS <br />~tainiess steel fender crowns shall be provided around the rear wheel openings. <br />A rubber welting shall be provided between the body and the crown to seal the seam and <br />restrict moisture from entering. <br />A dielectric barrier shall be provided between the fender crown fasteners (screws) and the <br />fender sheet metal to pr. event corrosion. <br />HARD SUCTION HOSE <br />Two (2) lengths 6.00" clear corrugated PVC hard suction hoses to be provided. Each length <br />shall be equipped with a long handle female coupling on one end and a rocker lug male <br />coupling on the other end. Couplings to be hard coated aluminum. <br />HOSE TROUGH <br />Two (2) troughs for hard suction hose storage shall be installed on, the hose bed side of <br />hydraulic ladder rack system. The troughs shall be constructed of aluminum and painted job <br />color. The hard suction hose shall be held in place by Velcro straps. <br />HANDRAILS <br />The handrails shall be 1.25" diameter anodized aluminum extrusion, with a ribbed design~ to <br />provide a positive gripping surface. <br />Page 40 <br /> <br /> <br />
