Bidder <br />Triple Combination Pumper Specifications for the 33 Complies <br /> <br />City of Elk River Minnesota Yes No <br />Each divider shall be constructed of a. 125" brushed aluminum sheet fitted and welded into a <br />slotted, radiused extrusion along the top, bottom and rear edge. <br />Divider shall be held in place by tightening two (2) bolts, one (1) at each end. <br />Acorn nuts shall be installed on all bolts in the hose bed, which have exposed threads. <br />HOSE BED COVER <br />The black hose bed cover shall be furnished with shock cord hold downs along the sides of the <br />cover and at the rear flap. A Velcro hold down shall be furnished across the front of the <br />Hosebed cover. A flap shall be furnished at the rear of the hose bed cover. The rear flap shall <br />have a chain weight and two shock cord hold-downs. <br />RUNNING BOARDS <br />Running boards shall be fabricated of. 125" bright aluminum treadplate. <br />Each running board shall be supported by a welded 2.00" square tubing and channel assembly, <br />which shall be bolted to the pump compartment substructure. <br />Running boards shall be 12.75" deep and spaced .50" away from the pump panel. <br />A splash guard shall be provided below the running board treadplate. <br />TAILBOARD <br />Rear step shall also be constructed of .125" bright aluminum treadplate and spaced .50" from <br />the body, as well as supported by a structural steel assembly. <br />The rear tailboard shall be 16.00" deep. <br />The exterior side shall be flanged down and in. <br />Flanges shall not be notched. <br />Entire rear surface between the beavertails shall be covered with bright aluminum treadplate to <br />protect the painted surface when removing hose. <br />Inside surface of each beavertail in the hose bed area shall be covered with polished stainless <br />steel to protect the paint finish. <br />The remaining inside surface of the beavertalls shall be covered with bright aluminum <br />treadplate. <br />TOW BAR <br />Page 3 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
