The software shall provide advanced troubleshooting tools to service technicians <br />equipped with an IBM compatible computer. The service and maintenance software shall <br />include the following features: <br />- Easy to understand and use - ' - . ~' - <br />- Ability to view system input/output (I/0) information <br />- Appropriate warnings regarding the location of welding-sensitive components <br />- A complete troubleshooting guide shall be provided with the vehicle. <br />VOLTAGE MONITOR SYSTEM <br />A voltage monitor system shall be provided to indicate the status of the battery system <br />connected to the vehicles electrical load. The monitor system shall provide visual and audio <br />warning when the system voltage is below optimum levels. <br />The alarm shall activate if the system voltage falls below 11.8 VDC for more than two (2) <br />minutes. <br />POWER AND GROUND STUDS <br />Four (4) studs shall be provided in the electrical component compartment for two-way radio <br />equipment.
