Limited to size of store because of size of property.
City would have to purchase property.

I have made some assumptions at this point (Not in stone!):

To be located north side of Highway 10 because of high
traffic count with travelers heading west.
Any other location off Highway 10 would not create enough
sales to justify the investment and would not be highly
profitable.
~ second store will decrease Northbound's sales (presently
we will do $2,000,000 in 1991) thus profit's will also
decrease.
A second store will increase present expenses:
a. Van to transfer products.
b. Employees.
c. For a period of time, liquor profits will be less due
to increased operating expenses.
Over the long term, profits will justify the investment.

SUGGESTION ~

Hire a professional firm to do a feasibility study as to when
and where a second store should be built or determine whether
the City should continue as it is presently operating.
