Additionally, this fund also receives some
revenue, as designated by the City Council, when improvement project bonds
are defeased. Accordingly, the 1993 City Audit shows this MSA Capital
Projects fund as having receivable special assessments of almost $400,000.
These funds will be received over the next night years. The Capital Projects
funds are spent on street improvement projects, special projects as
designated by the City Council, or to suppletment under financed projects.
Typically, no annual revenues are received ~o the City must be careful in
spending these limited funds.
Approx. 1/94 Balance (Cash) $225,000
1994 Revenues
Sub-total $
1994 Expenditures:
•
Approx. 1/95 Balance (Cash)
1995 Revenues
Sub-total
1995 Expenditures:
1/2 of 221st Avenue

$ 65,000
Balance at end of 1995 $
Possible Future Projects:
LAWCON Park Grant ' Parks and Trails Improvement
Old Township Roads Waco Bridge
173rd/175th Naples Avenue
Tax Land Purchases Dredging of Lake Orono
Dodge/5th Street Railroad Drive/3rd Avenue
Riverbank Improvement Project Concord Street
Improvement of the Railroad Trail
