DRAFT
MSA -Continued
2/95
Elk Hills Drive/Dodge Avenue/5th Street project that is currently under
Council consideration. VVe will do an internal loan and "hold" the expenses
until the MSA dollars are available. In review of these expenditures, and as
previously discussed by the City Council, if this Elk Hills Drive/Dodge
Avenue/5th Street project is approved, the City may not have any MSA funds
available until 1998.
There may be a small amount of money left in the 1997 MSA fund. The
Council can decide to use this money for the Waco Street bridge land, if
desired. This decision can be made in the next few years and does not need
to be made at the. time of purchase. We have already received State approval
for this if it is approved by the City.
1995 Revenues (Excluding Bond Payment)
1996 Revenues (Excluding Bond Payment)
1997 Revenues (Excluding Bond Payment)
1998 Revenues (Excluding Bond Payment)
1999 Revenues (Excluding Bond Payment)
2000 Revenues
Possible MSA Projects:
173rd/175th Avenue
Railroad Drive and 3rd Avenue
Dodge Street and 5th Avenue
Main Street and Highway 10
$230,000
$230,000
$230,000
$230,000
$230,000
$460,000
Liquor Store Road
Waco Street Bridge
School Street
•
•
