I0. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Members interested in attending the Conference should contact Mary Richardson or Peggy Aho at <br />Richardson, Richter & Associates as soon as possible. <br /> <br />A motion was made by John Norgren, seconded by Tom Gamec and carried unanimously to <br />authorize expenses up to $1,000 per member to attend the Commuter Rail Conference in Seattle, <br />Washington. <br /> <br />A trip to Chicago, Illinois, will be scheduled in the near future to provide members and key <br />stakeholders an opportunity to view rail stations. A motion was made by John Norgren seconded <br />by Lewis Stark and carried unanimously to authorize expenses up to $500 per member to travel to <br />Chicago, Illinois. <br /> <br />It was noted that a lawsuit has been opened by the St. Anthony Square group vs. the NCDA, <br />Mn/DOT and the City of Minneapolis, challenging the NCDA's and the City of Minneapolis <br />planning and EIS was not done properly.
