Dttring the trar~ition, please work with Mr. <br />Mukhtar Tlmkur, Director of the Office of Passenger Rail Transit, to establish the status of each of the cfintracts for <br />work related to the Northstar Comdor commuter rail project and the amount necessary to keep the payments current <br />for each contract. At the time of the contract assi~ment, or at the end of the tramition period, MaVDOT will <br />tramfer funds to the NCDA to cover those costs.
