I have been working with Dan Erh. art, Anoka County Commissioner, in this effort <br /> <br />Attached pleas,.~ find the most recent dt-agt of the project organization structure a.q well a.q my notes to <br />Commissioner Ethan regarding the assignment to Mt,DOT of only those contracts necessary to <br />demonstrate adequate technical and legal control of the project, l believe that this approach allows the <br />project to continue to benefit from the valuable talents and skills of all the individuals who have been <br />involved in thi:: project to date and transition smoothly to meet thc new starts project management criteria. <br />A legs[ review of these materials has determined that ~his structure will suffice for compliance with state <br />statute. <br /> <br />It is my unders-hnding that thc NCDA Executive Board will b~ meeting tOtll~orrow mxd ha~ on its agenda an <br />item relating tc prqiect organization.
