East Business Park <br />East Business Park activities in 2001 included Brookstone/Amcon Construction marketing of <br />50,000 square feet of lease space and lots for build-to-suit. The EDA considered and denied a <br />request by the Land of Lakes Boys Choir and the Arts/Family Center for donation of land <br />located in the East Business Park for construction of a performance theater and auditorium. <br /> <br /> <br />
