Organizational Structure

TEAM SELECTION

Wenck's proposed project team has been selected based on their expertise in nondegradation studies,
water resources, hydrology, hydraulics, modeling, and planning. Team members have worked on
projects that involve water quality issues for many years and will use that knowledge to efficiently and
effectively complete your nondegradation plan. Brief descriptions of the role and responsibilities of
each of the project team members are highlighted following the organizational chart.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Not bound by departments, Wenck operates on aflexible team basis to be responsive to your needs-
with the advantage of easily offering the most qualified staff for the project at hand. We also have
state-of-the-art support for computer-aided drafting, GIS, project management, modeling, word
processing, and accounting. At Wenck, we assign one point of contact to manage your project and
assign a core team that remains on the project for the duration. This stability ensures that you will
continuously receive a high level of service.

T:\0598\OOINonDegradation Proposal\Organizational Structure. doc

16

Wenck
