<br />Organizational Structure (cant.) <br /> <br />Ed Matthiesen and Joe Bischoff - Senior Review <br /> <br />Mr. Matthiesen and Mr. Bischoff will provide principal review and quality assurance for the Wenck <br />project team. Their experience in municipalities and with other Twin Cities water quality studies will <br />ensure science-based, professional, on-time results. <br /> <br />Jennie Ross - Project Manager <br /> <br />Ms. Ross will serve as the Project Manager for the City of Elk River Nondegradation Plan. She will <br />have regular communication with City staff to provide project updates and get staff input, as necessary. <br />She will also oversee project task work to ensure that it is proceeding according to the contract scope <br />of work, schedule, and budget. <br /> <br />Jeremy Schultz and Andy Erickson - Modeling Specialists <br /> <br />Mr. Schultz and Mr. Erickson will assist Ms. Ross in completing the modeling portion of the project. <br />Both are experienced at hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Specifically, their modeling experience <br />related to assessment of pollutant loads and nondegradation plans will provide the City a time and cost <br />savmgs. <br /> <br />Jordan Shuck - GIS Specialist <br /> <br />Mr. Shuck will serve as the primary GIS resource on the Wenck project team. As stated in the <br />Qualifications section of this proposal, he is familiar with this type of GIS work because of related <br />project experience in Eden Prairie and the Coon Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />Diane Spector and Amy Denz - Water Resources Planners <br /> <br />Ms. Spector and Ms. Denz will assist the project team in writing the nondegradation report, conducting <br />public meetings or workshops, and updating the City's MS4 General Permit.
