Qualifications (cont.)

Andy Erickson - Modeling Specialist

Andy Erickson helped to develop a P8 model spanning five lakes and more than 12,000 acres in the
Rice Creek Watershed District which was calibrated to a previously developed XP-SWMM model for
the area. In addition to using these two models, Andy has developed a lake response model for the five
lakes to estimate the response in each lake to changes in management strategies. He also has
experience in BMP design, effectiveness, and maintenance.

Jordan Shuck - GIS Specialist

Mr. Shuck is Wenck's senior GIS Specialist. He is familiar with acquiring and analyzing land-use data
for nondegradation studies. This work has enabled him to develop cost efficiencies associated with
analyzing 1988, current, and 2020 scenarios. He has also performed pollutant load reduction GIS work
for TMDLs throughout the Twin Cities area and across the state.

Diane Spector - Water Resources Planner

Ms. Spector has a diverse twenty-plus year background in water resources management, project
planning and management, environmental policy, municipal public works operations, planning and
analysis, and public participation planning. Her experience includes policy and management planning,
stream assessments, project management, educational program development, and public participation
planning for Twin Cities area watershed management organizations; several years as a Twin Cities
suburban Public Works Director; and budget and policy planning at the state, county and local level.

Ms. Spector is currently working on implementation activities for the Andover, Chanhassen, and Eden
Prairie nondegradation plans.

Amy Denz - Water Resources Planner/GIS Specialist
Ms. Denz has experience developing comprehensive plans and river management plans, involving
local, state, and federal agencies. As part of the planning process, she has also worked with
communities to create implementation policy. Ms. Denz has successfully coordinated the planning
activities and facilitation of advisory and decision-making groups to conclusions about the future of
their communities, regarding land use, development, redevelopment, and natural resource
management. Some of the projects she has worked on include the Mississippi Scenic Riverway Plan,
the Carlton County Comprehensive Plan, and the Lower St. Croix Scenic Riverway State Rule
amendments.

Ms. Denz also has experience using GIS to create maps and presentation materials. She has used GIS
as a data analysis tool to determine potential impacts to natural resources in a project area.

T:\0598\OOINonDegradation Proposal\Qualifications.doc

5

,~Wenck
