Troschinetz

Qualifications for

Elk River Loading Assessment and Nondegradatioil Report

Ms. Troschinetz joined Bonestroo in 2005 as a Water Resources Engineer
in the Water and Natural Resources Group. She has worked on a variety
of projects focused on water quantity and quality management,
stormwater quality management, and lake rehabilitation and
management.

Before joining Bonestroo, Alexis was a student at Michigan Tech, and for
six years she gained experience in Environmental Engineering and other
related fields. She assisted Marathon Ashland Petroleum in meeting
environmental regulations during a seven month co-op, served on MTU's
Environmental Sustainability Committee to advise upper administration of
campus environmental policy, and investigated appropriateness of water
treatment technology in developing countries as a graduate research
assistant.

Relevant Experience

· ROCHESTER, MN - NON DEGRADATION PHASE 2 LOADING ASSESSMENT
Alexis developed the non degradation loading assessment model in
PondNet for a 53,OOO-acre project area with six ORVWs, reported the
modeling methods, and interpreted the modeling results in a report that
will be submitted to the MPCA. St. Paul and Rochester Bonestroo offices
collaborated to meet the requirements of Phase II of the NPDES MS4
!'londegradation Effort for the City of Rochester through this project.
Eletailed analysis of the City's watershed and BMP characteristics
resulted in a city-wide, comprehensive PondNET water quality model that
estimated water volume, total phosphorus loads and sediment loads for
the evaluation years of 1988, 2005, and 2020.

· APPLE VALLEY, MN - NONDEGRADATION PHASE 2
Alexis is developing the nondegradation loading assessment model in
Pond Net using an already developed water quality model from a Surface
Water Management Plan, reporting the modeling methods, and
interpreting the modeling results in a report that will be submitted to the
MPCA. This project addresses the City of Apple Valley's need to comply
with MPCA's Nondegradation Review requirement. This is Phase 2 of a
three-phase project. Phase 1 involved gathering modeling data and
assessing the level of effort required to complete a loading assessment of
the entire City's stormwater runoff. Phase 2 involves finalizing model
input data, creating a PondNet model, and interpreting the model results

#' Bonestroo
