Voigt, PE <br /> <br />Qualifications for I <br /> <br />Elk River Loading Assessment and Nondegradation Report I <br /> <br />Chad is a project manager in Bonestroo's Water and Natural Resources I <br />Group with many years' experience in municipal engineering and water <br />resources. Before joining Bonestroo in 2006, Chad served as the <br />stormwater engineer for the City of Lawrence, Kansas, managing the <br />stormwater utility, capital improvements, system maintenance, and <br />NPDES compliance. Chad has extensive experience using GIS applications <br />in water resources planning and will manage the GIS analysis supporting <br />this loading assessment and report. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br /> <br />. ELM CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION - CHANNEL STUDY <br />Chad managed the project and completed the summary report. The <br />project included stream cross-section surveys throughout the 100 square- <br />mile watershed, updating the watershed hydrologic model, and assessing <br />current stream channel hydraulics and stability. The project provided <br />stream stabilization planning for five reference locations and watershed <br />management recommendations to protect streams impacted by <br />continued land development. . <br /> <br />. STILLWATER, MN - NPDES PHASE II MS4 PERMIT <br />Chad managed the project and coordinated the plan with concurrent <br />projects. This project developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />and guidance for the City, to comply with Phase II of the National <br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. The plan included an assessment <br />of City practices and a recommendation of additional practices to meet <br />permit goals. <br /> <br />. STILLWATER, MN - LOCAL SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />Chad managed the project and completed the plan documents. This <br />project includes the creation of water quantity and water quality models <br />for continued use by City staff, development of goals and policies, and an <br />inventory of wetlands and concurrent completion of the City's NPDES <br />MS4 permit. <br /> <br />. FARIBAULT, MN - URBAN GROWTH PLAN/DATA CONVERSION <br />Chad managed the overall project report and completed the sanitary <br />sewer model and recommendations. This planning study for Faribault <br />urban growth area included three parts; infrastructure study, GIS/data <br />conversion and land use study. <br /> <br />-# Bonestroo <br />
