<br />SEP 2 D 1994 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> <br />September 19, 1994 <br /> <br />To Vhom It May Concern: <br /> <br />RE: 1993 Annual Evaluation and Planning Survey <br /> <br />Thank you for participating in the 1994 Annual Evaluation and Planning Survey <br />process. Ve have completed our review of your survey and enclosed is a report <br />based on your responses and a copy of the survey form for reference. In <br />addition, for all cities which discharge to a surface water, a summary of some <br />of your daily monitoring report data for the last year is also enclosed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ve recommend you discuss this report at an upcoming municipal council/board <br />meeting. In some cases, items identified in the report may require immediate <br />attention. At the least, it should help your focus your planning efforts to <br />meet future needs. After the meeting, the mayor should certify that the city <br />council has discussed the report, and submit this certification to the MPCA. <br />possible, this should be done within 30 days of your receipt of the report. <br /> <br />>* <br />If <br /> <br />Ve believe the AEPS will prove useful for both the municipalities and the MPCA. <br />The individualized report can be used as a planning tool for your municipality's <br />wastewater treatment system. If you need assistance in implementing suggestions <br />from the report, we suggest you contact the Agency or your consulting engineer. <br /> <br />Ve are in the process of combining data from all participants into several <br />statewide reports. This process should be completed within the next 60 days. <br />If you wish to receive a copy of the statewide summaries, please contact us <br />after that time. <br /> <br />Ve hope the report information will prove useful in planning for the future of <br />wastewater treatment in your municipality.
