Superintendent Darrell Mack will <br />be in attendance at the Council meeting to discuss this report. <br /> <br />A couple of areas of concern are noted in Section 1 and 2 of the report. These <br />areas are being addressed by the Treatment Plant upgrade that is currently <br />under construction. Representatives of MPCA are aware that this upgrade is <br />taking place and totally understand the situation in Elk River. Overall we <br />believe the report to be accurate and fairly favorable. <br /> <br />It is appropriate for the City Council to formally accept this report after a <br />presentation and discussion. <br /> <br />P.O.
