Although you answered all the applicable <br />questions in the survey, not every answer recieved a response in this report. <br />We provided a response only when an answer indicated that there is an issue <br />which needs resolution. <br /> <br />MPCA staff have assigned a point value to the various questions in this survey, <br />with the exception of questions in Section 8, Future Needs. This is a <br />pemdt violation. You should investigate the causes of the exceedence, create a <br />plan to rranage the loading problem and infonn the Agency of your plan as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />You exceeded 90% of your effluent BOD limits at least once in the last year. <br />Although this is not a permit violation, it indicates your system is reaching <br />the limits of its capacity to treat wastewater adequately. This rray soon lead <br />to nonccnpliance.
