<br />following described curve, the radius of which is 60.00 feet:

<br />curve, concave to the West, the central angle of which is 31 degrees, 14 minutes, 04
<br />seconds and the radius of which is 178.87 feet; thence North 31 degrees, 36 minutes, 41
<br />seconds West, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 650.00 feet; thence
<br />Northwesterly a distance of 196.34 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the
<br />Southwest, the central angel of which is 26 degrees, 49 minutes, 08 seconds, and the

<br />tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 294.29 feet to the point of termination
<br />of said Line "Z". Said point of termination is also the center of the above-mentioned
