<br />Perpetual easement for public utility and drainage purposes over, under, and across that part of
<br />the following described property:

<br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range
<br />26, Sherburne County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the
<br />Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No. 10, 52, and 169, as presently located and
<br />established with the Northerly right-of-way line of the Township Road (now known as 173~
<br />Avenue NVV), said Northerly right-of-way line being 66.00 feet North of the South line of said
<br />Section 2; thence North 20 degrees, 32 minutes, 50 seconds West along said right-of-way and
<br />the extension thereof a distance of 575.00 feet; thence North 69 degrees, 27 minutes, 10
<br />seconds East a distance of 30.00 feet to intersect said Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S.
<br />Highways No. 10, 52 and 169; thence North 20 degrees, 32 minutes, 50 seconds West along
<br />said right-of-way a distance of 230.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be
<br />described; thence continuing North 20 degrees, 32 minutes, 50 seconds West along said right-
<br />of-way a distance of 147.74 feet; thence North 57 degrees, 15 minutes, 51 seconds East a
<br />distance of 200.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees, 11 minutes, 34 seconds West a distance of
<br />138.16 feet to the South line of the North 100.00 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 2; thence North 89 degrees, 48 minutes, 26 seconds East, along
<br />said South line, a distance of 293.00 feet; thence South 21 degrees, 34 minutes, 11 seconds
<br />West a distance of 190.88 feet to an intersection with the following described curve, the radius
<br />of which is 60.00 feet:

<br />line to be known as line "Z"; thence North 0 degrees, 22 minutes, 37 seconds West a
<br />distance of 66.00 feet; thence Northwesterly a distance of 97.51 feet along a tangential
<br />curve, concave to the West, the central angle of which is 31 degrees, 14 minutes, 04
<br />seconds and the radius of which is 178.87 feet; thence North 31 degrees, 36 minutes, 41
<br />seconds West, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 650.00 feet; thence
<br />Northwesterly a distance of 196.34 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the
<br />Southwest, the central angel of which is 26 degrees, 49 minutes, 08 seconds, and the

<br />tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 294.29 feet to the point of termination
<br />of said Line "Z". Said point of termination is also the center of the above-mentioned
