<br />Perpetual easement for public utility and drainage purposes over, under, and across that part of
<br />the following described property:

<br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range
<br />26, Sherburne County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the
<br />Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No. 10, 52, and 169, as presently located and
<br />established and the Northerly right-of-way line of Township Road, said Northerly right-of-way
<br />line being 66.00 feet North of the South line of said Section 2; thence North 20 degrees, 32
<br />minutes, 50 seconds West along said right-of-way and the extension thereof a distance of
<br />575.00 feet; thence North 69 degrees, 27 minutes, 10 seconds East a distance of 30.00 feet to
<br />intersect said Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highways No. 10, 52, and 169; thence
<br />North 20 degrees, 32 minutes, 50 seconds West along said right-of-way a distance of 377.74
<br />feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 57 degrees, 15
<br />minutes, 51 seconds East a distance of 200.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees, 11 minutes, 34
<br />seconds West a distance of 138.16 feet more or less to an intersection with the South line of the
<br />North 100.00 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2; thence
<br />South 89 degrees, 48 minutes, 26 seconds West along said South line of the North 100.00 feet,
<br />a distance of 259.77 feet to an intersection with said Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S.
<br />Highways No. 10, 52, and 169; thence South 20 degrees, 32 minutes, 50 seconds East, along
<br />said right-of-way, a distance of 262.11 feet to the point of beginning. For the purpose of this
<br />description the South line of said Southwest Quarter is assumed to bear North 89 degrees, 37
<br />minutes, 23 seconds East.

<br />minutes, 10 seconds East a distance of 30.00 feet to intersect said Northeasterly right-of-way

<br />lies Eastedy of the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 169.
