CurrentlYl no right..of..wa;', exi,sts in Bums Township <br />for this proposed street location. If approved, the developel shall be responsible for <br />obtaining the necessary rights from the existing property oVo 'ner to construct said road. <br /> <br />Vikinf! Boulevard Access Issue <br /> <br />W e under~d tllat the connection of tl;le proposed Jarvis S' :reet NW to Viking Boulevard <br />would require the closing of Halas Street NW in Bums To~,ns.hip to meet spacing <br />requirements on Viking Boulevard. The cons~tion of a IC w-de-sac on the north end of <br />Halas Street NW would require additional right-of..way to ro e obtained by the developer. <br /> <br />Alsop 196th Avenue NW was platted with Twin View Ridge, but was not constructed. It <br />would be necessary to construct 196th Avenue NW within 1 'Win View Ridge to provide <br />access to existing Bums Township residents. <br /> <br />If approved, the developer shall be respollsible for all cost~ lSsociated with closing Halas <br />Street NW and providing access to Twin View Ridge. Any improvements shall be in <br />accordance with Township standards. <br />
