If approved, the developer shall satisfy all conditions of Anoka County, Burns Township and the
City of Elk River. To minimize noise and fast traffic complaints, we recommend increasing the
required building setback from all county highways. The developer will be required to obtain
three permits from Sherburne County to clear and grub the right of ways, construct the
approved accesses and right turn lanes, install culverts and remove all existing accesses within
the boundaries of the plat. In addition we request that the proposed construction within the
county right of ways be indicated on the drawings, including the removal areas.

If you have any questions or comments call me at 763-241-7013.

Respectfully,

?~&L-

Richard D.
