Plannine Commission Meetine After the Planning Commission meeting on December 12,2006, staff reviewed the PUD agreement to determine when projects need to be reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council. Clarification needs to be made regarding when the Planning Commission and City Council review projects within Elk Ridge Center. The following are excerpts from the PUD agreement.
