This will be a developer-funded project. We are
preparing plans and specifications based on an escrow account placed by the developer.

12. SCHOOL STREET/JACKSON AVENUE INTERSECTION

We are working on the plans and specifications for the geometric improvements and the
signalization of the School Street and Jackson Avenue intersection. We have been in
contact with the utility companies and MnDOT. We will be meeting with the school
district tomorrow to discuss issues relative to their property . We are currently working with Darrell Mack relative to this project. This
project, as you know, also concerns issues relative to East Highway 10 and future sewer
and water extensions in that direction, so we do not anticipate the plans and specifications
, being completed for approximately 60 days. We would then anticipate bidding this fall
and construction to begin yet this year.

0OO-2604.may
