<br />Compensation Services Proposal J <br /> <br />As Partners We Agree... <br /> <br />Stanton Group is committed to protecting the City of Elk River's private data. Stanton Group <br />uses reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of all non public client and personal <br />information we receive through our relationships with our clients. <br /> <br />The City of Elk River agrees to pay Stanton Group all consulting fees associated as outlined <br />and accepted by Elk River upon receipt of invoice. Additionally, Elk River agrees to allow <br />Stanton Group reasonable access to its staff in the conduct of this project. <br /> <br />Once completed, the City of Elk River will own the original written material prepared for Elk <br />River under this proposal by Stanton Group. <br /> <br />Either party may terminate the project on thirty (30) days written notice.
