Currently priced at 10 positions. <br /> <br />Notes and Contingencies: <br /> <br />Ensuring compliance with all state regulations regarding pay equity and comparable worth is <br />outside the scope of this proposal and, therefore, all project findings and related materials <br />provided to the City of Elk River by Stanton Group are only recommendations and <br />professional opinions. <br /> <br />Should the work transpire into significantly more hours, the fees would be adjusted. <br />However, Stanton Group's policy is to provide a thorough bid at the onset to avoid increasing <br />fees. Stanton Group will contact the client prior to assessing any additional charges. <br /> <br />The proposal above does not include expenses for travel incurred by the project. Travel time <br />will be invoiced at one-half standard hourly rates.
