One of <br />these is a ditch that generally runs from east to west across the property on the north <br />side of the proposed road. The other two are small isolated wetlands located on Lots 1 <br />and 6. None of these wetlands appear to be impacted by the development to any great <br />extent. There will be a need it appears on Lots 2 and 3 for driveways to cross the ditch <br />to get to the buildable site. Lot 1 proposes the septic sites to be located on the other <br />side of the ditch which will require crossing with sewer line from the house. <br /> <br />6. The storm drainage calculations appear in concept to meet the Gty standards. A <br />detailed review is ongoing. <br /> <br />7. The site will require a NPDES permit and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP) be reviewed and approved prior to any construction. <br /> <br />8. Sherburne County has reviewed the proposal and commented in a letter dated <br />November 7,2005.
