We have reviewed the proposal for the plat of Aulik Acres located within the City of Elk River
and adjacent to County Highway 32. This is a replat of Lot's 3 & 4 of North Meadows Corner,
which was approved in 1997, if approved we will grant access as shown. The existing
driveway access must be upgraded to meet current public street standards; this will require an
access permit from our office. There is an in place culvert under the access that must be
replaced to meet our current standards. Atthe minimum it must be a 16 gage corrugated
metal pipe with a 24" diameter and installed with 1:6 safety aprons and grates.

.

The drawing indicates that a fence is located within the right of way. It must be removed and
disposed of in accordance with the Sherburne County Solid Waste Plan; it cannot be buried on
site. Parcel number 10-112-4100 is also owned by Aulik; it appears to be land locked. Should
it be incorporated into this proposal?

If you have questions or comments call me at 763-241-7013.

~U-

Richard D.
