The existing library is located <br />on an existing site at 413 Proctor Avenue, Elk River. The property has been identified as one of <br />the potential locations for the replacement facility. The City of Elk River has two distinct <br />properties both located on Orono Parkway adjacent to and across from the current City Hall. <br /> <br />No additional or alternative sites are being considered for purposes of this study. Three optional <br />locations being considered have been identified as follows: <br /> <br />Option A: ExistinQ Site: 413 Proctor Avenue, Elk River <br /> <br />The existing library is located on Proctor Avenue between 4th Street and 5th <br />Street in Elk River. The boundary survey and topographic survey have been <br />included in Appendix A. The existing site development includes the existing <br />library building and parking. <br /> <br />Option B: North Site Option: Adjacent to City Hall and Orono Park <br /> <br />The City of Elk River owns Block 1, Lot 1, and Outlots A of the Gospodor's <br />Orono Lake Addition according to the plat on file and survey included in <br />Appendix A. Site development includes existing buildings and services of the <br />City of Elk River. <br /> <br />Option C: South Site Option: Across from City Hall on Orono Parkway <br /> <br />The City of Elk River owns Block 2, Lot 1, and Outlots A of the Gospodor's <br />Orono Lake Addition according to the plat on file and survey included in <br />Appendix A.
