She has more than six years of experience in Minnesota local <br />government administration and human resources management. Before joining <br />Baker Tilly, she served as the central services/human resources director for a <br />county in southern Minnesota and a clerk/treasurer for a small ERMU in southern <br />Minnesota. Her focus areas and core functions included administering, developing, <br />and implementing all personnel functions, acting as delegated authority for union <br />contract relations, and coordinating all compensation functions. Her local <br />government experience also includes presenting to elected officials, providing <br />technical and administrative support to councils and boards, serving as head <br />election judge, and maintaining official public records. Lexi earned a Bachelor of <br />Science in management with a focus in human resources from Minnesota State <br />University, Mankato.
