The impacts have been reviewed by state <br />and local agencies prior to submitting the application, and final approval of the plat and CUP will be <br />subject to compliance with all wetland impact standards- <br />;ldditionally, included conditions regarding grading for trail features around the pond are intended to <br />preserve natural and scenic features where feasible.
