<br />Prosource Technologies <br />December 19,2005 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Public Safety Building. The shelter will be screened from the ball fields by evergreens. The <br />tower and equipment will be enclosed with a 6 foot high chain link fence topped with 3 <br />strands of barbed wire. Access will be provided from the rear parking area of the Public <br />Service Building by a 12 foot wide drive. The drive will be paved to match the parking lot. <br /> <br />Landscaping <br /> <br />Landscaping is proposed around the lease area. It should be concentrated on the north and <br />west sides to provide screening from the. softball fields. <br /> <br />Signs and Advertising <br /> <br />No signage or advertising are proposed. <br /> <br />Illumination <br /> <br />No lighting is proposed. A safety beacon will be located on top of the tower. <br /> <br />Standards for Issuance of a Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />The issuance of a Conditional Use Permit can be ordered only if the use at the proposed <br />location: <br /> <br />1. Will not endanger, it!Jure or detrimentallY ciffect the use and e,!jqyment of other property in the <br />immediate viciniry or the public health, sqftry, morals, comfort, convenience or general we(fare of the <br />neighborhood or the ciry. <br />2. Will be consistent with the comprehensive plan. <br />3. Will not impede the normal and orderlY development and improvement of surrounding vacant <br />property. <br />4. Will be served adequatelY f?y and will not adverselY ciffect essential public facilities and services <br />including streets, police and fire protection, drainage, refuse disposal, water and sewer rystems, parks <br />and schools; and will not, in particular, create trcifJic congestion or inteiference with trcifJic on <br />atfjacent and neighboring public thoroughfares. <br />5. Will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment and conditions of operation that will <br />be detrimental to a'!Y persons or property because of excessive trcifJic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, <br />odors, dust or vibrations. <br />6. Will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of mqjor <br />importance. <br />7.
