Staff should provide a location map far enough in advance to allow the <br />Park and Recreation Commission an opportunity to physically inspect the <br />site. <br />2. The developer failed to show the location of the proposed park property <br />on the plat. <br />3. This plat needs to be considered in conjunction with the Master Park Plan. <br /> <br />Country Crossinqs 2nd Addition - After discussing the project, it was the consensus <br />of those present that the recommendation to the City Council be as follows: <br /> <br />1 . Move the trail outlet from the southwest corner of the plat to the <br />southeast corner, between Lot 19 and 20, Block 1, so that the trail <br />connects with the intersection of Joplin Street and County Road 33. <br />2. Continue the Parkway west to Sandpiper Addition with a 12 foot wide <br />detached trail on the south side of the Parkway. <br />3. The issue of Park Dedication had been decided at a previous meeting. <br /> <br />Administrative Subdivision - Tim Scheel - Staff had no information, but if it is a <br />simple lot split, the Park and Recreation Commission recommends accepting <br />cash. <br /> <br />Administrative Subdivision - Jeff Mastley - Staff had no information, but if it is a <br />simple lot split, the Park and Recreation Commission recommends accepting <br />cash. <br /> <br />Administrative Subdivision - Gerald Sneft - Staff had no information, but if it is a <br />simple lot split, the Park and Recreation Commission recommends accepting <br />cash. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit/Preliminary Plat for Commercial PUD (Hillside Crossinq) - <br />Phil Hals stated that, in his opinion, there would be adequate space for a trail on <br />the north side of 193rd A venue in the right-of-way and on the west side of Evans <br />also in the road right-of-way for further trails. After discussing the issues, it was the <br />consensus of those present that the City should accept money in lieu of park <br />property for Park Dedication. <br /> <br />Staff UDdates <br /> <br />Boy Scout Storaqe <br /> <br />Chair Anderson distributed a site plan for the proposed Boy Scout storage <br />building and said that he is working with City staff for the necessary permits to <br />
