THE MOTION CARRIED <br />5-0. <br /> <br />11.1 . Joint Meetino with City Council <br /> <br />After Commission members discussed their schedules, only one member, <br />Commissioner Daleiden, was able to attend the 4/25 City Council meeting and <br />Commissioners Lipetzky and St. Dennis were not present to comment. It was the <br />consensus of the Commission that one or two Commissioners attend a City <br />Council meeting in an attempt to find a suitable meeting date. <br /> <br />11.2. Consider ISTEA Grant <br /> <br />Phil Hals reported that he has completed the ISTEA Federal Grant application and <br />submitted it for review. The decision as to success or failure should be coming by <br />early summer. <br /> <br />11 .3. Boy Scout Storaoe Buildinq <br /> <br />Roger Kostreba, representing three local Boy Scout Troops, stated that the <br />American Legion Post has offered the Boy Scouts $15,000 in funding to construct a <br />storage building. Boy Scout regulations will not allow scout troops to own <br /> <br />. <br />
