Level of Satisfaction with ERMU Staff <br />Customers were asked to rate their level of satisfaction with ERMU's staff, on a scale of 1 to 10, where <br />10 is high satisfaction and 1 is low satisfaction. Their responses are shown in the chart below. The <br />average staff satisfaction score in Q1 2023 was 8.6.
